1. My biggest "accomplishment" (if you can call it that) has been increasing muscle mass in my rear end, making my pants tighter than I'd like them to be! LOL!
ReplyDelete2. The biggest hurdle has been the inability to exercise for the past week or so. Somehow, whether it was through exercising or just some daily activity, I bothered my meniscus tear from late last year. While it's not a horrible pain, it's made me very wary about working out at all until the little bit of nagging pain is gone. I'm frustrated.
3. The goal is to ease myself back into working out and see how my knee responds. Since I was on the edge of needing surgery when it happened and was able to narrowly avoid it, I don't want to push it too far.
4. I think I'll stick with what I was doing before. It worked with my schedule and I do feel the gradual effects of it.
5. It's always in the evening after the kids are in bed and usually after I've cleaned up a little bit. I always sleep better on nights when I've worked out before bed.
