Day 47: Last Chance Workout
I've heard so many times that it is easy to get into a "workout rut" and it's better for your body to mix up your work outs. So, today.....I did something I hadn't done in a while. I tried Last Chance Work out (which is on OnDemand). It's a 25 minute workout that includes strength training and various cardio - it's pretty good. I wouldn't call it challenging, but it's definitely a good workout.
I used 5lb weights throughout the entire workout.
