I am going to start a new thing here on my blog.....I know a lot of you have joined in on my 90 day fitness challenge.....some of you I do not know.....some of you I know well.
We are all trying to motivate ourselves to better ourselves in lots of different ways.
In a way to motivate each other, I thought it might be fun to have one day a week where we all talk about what we are doing......what we hate.....what we love.....how we do it with kids.......etc....
So, stay tuned for this Wednesday when I start "Whatcha doin' Wednesdays....."
Don't be shy....even if I don't know you, please participate :)

ReplyDeleteWhich 5K are you training for? Maybe I'll run it with you. I thought of you as I ran on the treadmill today. I know, can you believe a nice day like today and I ran on the treadmill. Good thing about treadmills is, consistency, instant mileage and speed record, water handy, and my ipod (lost my armband). Got the job done. Keep up the good work.

I hate running on a treadmill! So much more painful than running outside. It was beautiful today.
Funny you should say that. With the cushioning on my treadmill, running outside it much more painful for me. My joints are easily inflamed and two days of running outside over the holiday weekend was enough to make my left knee pipe up and let me know what it thinks of the outside runs. I love them, my body...not so much.
